What is the Control System?

A seven-step process to create change in a relaxed and aware state.
The control system facilitates you in making changes to unwanted habits or pattern behaviours.
It works by using the methods you agree on to help you achieve your goals.
You are always the one who is in control, and you can choose how you want to relax, either with your eyes open or closed.
Although there are many ways to describe hypnosis, it’s a way to relax, access your subconscious mind, and make the changes you want to make when relaxed

I offer various services, including Remedial Hypnotherapy, a seven-step approach towards change, and modern ways to clear headspace, which are always tailored to your needs.
I also offer group sessions for 3 to 6 people, where we work together, offering peer support to focus our minds.
